What You'll Be Doing:
• Lead, shape, and implement whole-school SEND strategy
• Empower, guide, and upskill teaching/support staff on inclusive practice
• Design and oversee personalised education plans for individual students
• Work closely with outside agencies, therapists, and families to maximise support networks
• Monitor and report on SEND provision and student progress, driving constant improvement
• Deliver training, workshops, and cascade latest research into everyday classroom practice

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
