• Able to communicate clearly face to face, by telephone and in writing with a wide range of people

• Flexibility with regards to working hours during examination periods

• Able to work sensitively with confidential information
• Able to work with a high level of accuracy
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Able to maintain a safe, calm, and happy ethos

• Emergency First Aid or First aid at work qualification
