What You’ll Need
- Active NMC registration (RGN)
- Senior nursing experience (Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, or Senior Nurse)
- Experience within a nursing home
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, DoLS, and compliance requirements

- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, DoLS, and regulatory standards
- Support audits, care planning, and continuous quality improvement
- Lead by example on the floor, maintaining high clinical standards
- Mentor and develop nurses and senior care staff
- Collaborate with management to support safe, effective service delivery
