Northamptonshire (Brixworth)
Part-time (15-20 hours per week) | £28,000 FTE (paid hourly)
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)

Are you an experienced transactional finance professional looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and friendly team?
We're recruiting a Finance Assistant to join a busy and well-supported finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment where your experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable will be highly valued.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Processing invoices and payments (AP & AR)
- Supporting month-end activities
- Reconciling accounts and resolving queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting with a US, French and German Purchase Ledger
- Using Excel and D365 to manage transactional data
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in transactional finance (AP/AR)
- Experience with multi-currency ledgers
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to hit the ground running
- Technical proficiency in Excel and D365, SAP Concur (or similar systems)
- No formal qualifications required - just relevant experience
