Summary

CPM is looking for a Client Service Executive to support Diageo Grocery (60%) and CHEP (40%) from our Head Office in Thame. This is a great opportunity for someone analytical, highly organised and confident managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced client environment. You'll play a key role in operational support, stakeholder coordination and performance reporting to ensure KPIs and service levels are consistently achieved. This permanent, full-time role offers up to £36K DOE, hybrid working (3 days in the office), private healthcare and more

Ideal location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9

Head Office based in Thame. You must be able to travel to our new office in Stokenchurch from mid-year, and attend regular client meetings in London and other UK locations as required.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide operational support across Diageo and CHEP accounts.

  • Act as a key contact for client and internal stakeholders.

  • Analyse performance data, identify trends and resolve issues.

  • Produce accurate reports and maintain data quality

  • Manage CHEP mailbox queries and prioritise multiple requests.

  • Use Excel (including XLOOKUP), PowerPoint and Outlook confidently.
