​Equans is looking for an Administrator to join the Fire Doors team based near Endcliffe Village, Sheffield S10 on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £30,000 per annum, dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package. The role of the Fire Door Administrator is both wide and varied; and requires a “can do” attitude with flexibility and adaptability. Acting in a central function within the account and wider cluster of sites, you will be responsible for administration duties associated with Fire Door compliance in a PFI environment. The role requires the ability to work alone and as part of a team. The successful candidate will perform multiple functions; excellent organisational and communication skills are paramount and will be vital in this role. What will you deliver? Schedule Fire door inspections and rotas.Co-ordinate remedial works and follow up works.Generate reports from the Bolster platform, collating and monitoring works.Communicate with site and Technical Managers.Workflow administration of Reactive Works through the Maximo CAFM system.Support works Supervisors with oversight and distribution of Work Orders.Trend Analysis of Maximo Work Orders through BI.Raise & Receipt of material and works Purchase Orders.Raise corrective work orders.Liaise with the respective site Helpdesks for coordinating both access to buildings and the delivery of works.Monthly review of all GRIR and WIP (Work in Progress).Administration of Purchase Card expenditure receipts and reconciliation.Support the wider contract with general administrative support as required. Rounded educational background with direct experience in operational administration.Facilities Management experience desirable.Experience of Bolster / Maximo / other CAFM systems advantageous.Understanding of WIP & Billing process.Experience in both finance and workflow administration desirable.Excellent IT skills with Microsoft applications, SAP & other in-house IT Management systems (Maximo, STEMS, Coupa, etc).Excellent communication and customer service skills.Demonstrate good time management skills, working to deadlines and adhering to set procedures. Needs to be highly motivated, organised, versatile and adaptive. This role includes a Enhanced DBS with Barred Lists therefore ability to pass is essential. Who are we?
