Ready to step from Recruitment into HR?
If you're working in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment and want a route into HR, this HR Officer opportunity offers that step.
You'll support with recruitment, but you'll sit within a wider People team and gain exposure to other areas of HR. No two days are the same, there's plenty to get stuck into, and the work genuinely makes a difference within the local community.
If that wasn't enough, you only have to be in the office two days a week, and the hours are flexible to suit you(!)
Benefits / Details:
• Ongoing temporary role to start ASAP, until the end of the year (you must be available within a maximum of 2 week's notice)
• Location: Central Stoke-On-Trent
• 35 hours per week (flexible working hours)
• Hybrid working, minimum two days in the office (Thursday required)

What will you be doing as the Recruitment HR Officer?
• Advising managers on recruitment processes
• Supporting interviews, managing offers and completing pre-employment checks
• Maintaining records on the HR system
• Contributing to wider People projects
