Location: BasingstokeHours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, shifts between 8am-6pm with one hour lunch)

As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll be a vital part of our Contract Administration Team, helping us deliver exceptional service to the MOJ and Home Office. You'll be responsible for coordinating workflow, communicating with customers, and ensuring all work orders are properly managed from creation to completion.
What will you be responsible for?As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll be working within the Contract Administration Team, supporting them in delivering efficient administrative services. Your day to day will include:
• Communicating effectively with internal and external customers to capture, record and distribute service calls • Raising and allocating work orders to engineers and subcontractors • Monitoring progress of work orders to ensure we meet our SLAs • Reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness • Providing support to Contract Managers and collaborating with team members
