Requirements
- QTS/QTLS: Valid Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Familiarity with current GCSE exam board specifications.
- Right to Work: Valid documentation to work in the UK.
- DBS: An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (on the update service) or willingness to apply for it.
- Subject Mastery: An expert-level understanding of the secondary mathematics curriculum.
- Adaptive Teaching: The ability to tailor complex concepts for varying ability levels.
- Data Fluency: Using assessment data to bridge gaps in student knowledge.
- Classroom Management: Maintaining a focused, positive, and safe learning environment.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using educational software and interactive tools.
- Effective Communication: The ability to explain logic clearly to students and parents.
- Lesson Planning: Designing schemes of work that challenge and inspire.
- Instruction: Delivering 18-20 hours of high-quality teaching per week.

- Exam Prep: Equipping Year 11 students with the tools needed for GCSE success.
