Salary: £30,000-£45,000 + 50% night shift uplift
Hours: Monday-Friday (Absolutely NO weekends!)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving and operating tractors with flails to keep highways clear and safe

  • Travelling between sites across public highways

  • Performing daily checks and basic maintenance on machinery

  • Working confidently within traffic-managed environments

  • Recording work and site details using a tablet system

  • Tree Surgeons/Climbers: carrying out high-quality arboricultural works safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK Driving Licence (B required, C1 desirable)

  • Experience in arboriculture, highways, or vegetation management

  • CSCS + CS30/31 certifications

  • Safety Critical Medical

  • Brushcutter qualification

  • MEWP & FAAW+F (bonus points!)

  • Competent Tree Surgeon or Climber

  • Flexibility to work day and night shifts (Mon-Fri only)
