Job Responsibilities
- Assemble and pack components accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Handle small parts with fine dexterity, maintaining attention to detail during assembly processes.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to develop manufacturing skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including working days and flexible shift hours as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Good manual dexterity and steady hands for precise assembly work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including days and mornings, with the ability to adapt as needed.
- No forklift licence required.
