We are now looking for a dedicated Post Operative to join our vibrant Dispatch team, playing a key role in ensuring our high-quality products reach customers efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding targets set by the Packing Team Leader and Manufacturing Manager


  • Working collaboratively within a friendly, supportive team environment


  • Thriving under pressure and meeting tight daily deadlines


  • Taking initiative and working independently to resolve challenges


  • Handling incoming mail — sorting, distributing, and preparing letters and parcels for dispatch


  • Using bespoke in-house systems alongside Royal Mail platforms to manage delivery notes and postage

      Working Hours:
      • 36.5 hours per week


      • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm


      • Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm


      • Two 15-minute unpaid breaks per day
