Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Start Date: Mid-March
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established company based in Aldridge. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to become a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with a professional telephone manner
- Raising sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and issuing proforma invoices
- Taking and processing card payments
- Monitoring deliveries and liaising with customers
- Completing Royal Mail postages and general administrative duties
- Previous experience in a sales administration or office-based role
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends)
- Friendly and supportive working environment
- Opportunity to secure a permanent position
