- Providing one-on-one or small-group support to students with special educational needs and disabilities
- Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning programmes and lesson plans
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student

- Maintaining detailed records and contributing to the ongoing assessment and monitoring of student progress

- Previous experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant or in a similar role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
