In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our client's talented teaching staff to implement tailored behaviour management strategies, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the students. Your responsibilities will include providing one-to-one and small group support, developing positive relationships with the learners, and collaborating with the wider team to monitor progress and adapt approaches as needed.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in working with children or young people who exhibit challenging behaviours, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse setting and be committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the students.
The salary for this position ranges from £95 to £115 per day, reflecting the value our client places on exceptional talent and experience.
