We are currently recruiting qualified teachers and experienced tutors to deliver alternative provision support across Hayes and nearby areas.
As an approved provider on Hillingdon Council's alternative provision framework, we support pupils who are currently outside of mainstream education. This is a rewarding opportunity for educators seeking flexible, part-time work beyond the traditional classroom setting, while continuing to make a meaningful impact.
You will:

This role focuses on personalised, relationship-led support to help pupils re-engage with learning and build confidence.
We are looking for educators who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (preferred) or have a strong tutoring background

Have an Enhanced DBS (Update Service desirable)

Are able to travel locally within Hayes
