- At least 1 year of experience working in an early years setting, preferably in a nursery or preschool environment
- A strong understanding of child development and the ability to adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of each child
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- A passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment that supports the holistic development of young children
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to participate in training and development opportunities
- A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate, or a willingness to obtain one
This is a part-time position, with a salary of £102 per day. The successful candidate will be required to work 20-25 hours per week, with the exact schedule to be discussed and agreed upon during the interview process.
