Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets for all direct segments
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new Corporate and Leisure partners, maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate and Leisure partners, negotiating commission structures and rate agreements
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimise corporate rate plans, room allocations, and yield strategies
- Deliver engaging presentations, virtual site tours, and roadshows to Corporate and Leisure Operators decision-makers and agents
- Analyse booking patterns, market trends, and competitor activity to refine sales tactics
- Coordinate with Marketing to create bespoke promotional materials, corporate and Leisure incentive programmes, and digital campaigns
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior leadership
- Mentor and support regional sales teams on corporate best practices and account management

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality sales, with a proven track record managing TMC accounts
- Strong understanding of corporate travel, booking platforms (Venue Directory and Guestline)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working across multiple territories
- Ability to travel frequently within the UK
- Flexibility in the role is key, as you may need to be flexible in moving around hotels depending on growth of the hotel group.
