What you'll do
If you are an aspiring educational leader looking for that step up to broaden experience this impactful interim role could be for you. As Head of Student Experience you are making a strategic and operational impact on both the student and employee experience at the City Hub. You will be a visible leader who embodies the College's values and commitment to making a difference.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• To set the standards of behaviour required to provide a positive learning environment.
• Work with staff to produce and implement whole college plans, initiatives and strategies to improve student behaviour.
• To encourage and promote non-discriminatory behaviour and ensure equality and diversity is sustained within the college
• Take an overview on attendance for the Campus and work with the curriculum and pastoral leads to review and implement improvement strategies
• Review the outcomes from the college’s student voice and liaise with curriculum areas/tutorial teams to improve provision

• Maintain the highest quality student experience and centre community outside of learning areas.
This position is Full time, Fixed Term until 31st December 2026
Who we're looking for
• Your managerial experience and data insight skills will contribute to the operational effectiveness of the City Hub both from a student and employee experience perspective.
• You will have experience of leading a varied curriculum and have a proven track record of delivering high quality results.
• You will be used to working with support services to build sustainable relationships and improve outcomes for students.
• You will be a strong communicator with a collaborative style, and above all be committed to the highest standards, inspiring others to achieve the best results.
