Crynodeb
The successful candidate will need to have health or social care professional registration and experience of line management and operational management. The successful candidate must be prepared to work from all bases in Worcestershire as needed. The work base can be discussed at interview. There is an option for some home working as appropriate, but the candidate will need to be available to the team on most days. The successful candidate will have support from team leaders and clinical leads within the team, the clinical services manager and senior management team in the service delivery unit and working in partnership with the service lead. There will be opportunity for personal development and access to the wellbeing offer from the trust. We will offer you support and induction to be able to step up to this role. We will enable you to undertake leadership training specific to your personal experience.
