Summary
As Director of Nursing and Quality, you'll lead the way in shaping compassionate, expert and person-centred care across our hospice. This role ensures every person we support receives care that honours their dignity, respects their choices and helps them live well until the end. You'll provide visible, values-led leadership across all of our services. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll influence organisational strategy, champion the Patient, Nursing and Allied Health Professional voice and maintain collaborative relationships across the health and care system.
