Crynodeb
Supervision The fellow will be assigned a clinical supervisor who will oversee work during their clinical duties. Assessment The fellow will be expected to provide a portfolio of evidence of their work during the placement as well as undertake work-place based assessments in keeping with Annex G from the RCOA curriculum. Clinical Responsibilities The fellow will undertake clinical duties in theatres, Intensive Care or delivery suite within the University Hospitals of Leicester Trust. The majority of normal working days will be dedicated to QI and management work. On call duties will be undertaken in the assigned clinical area. The on-call rota will be resident 1 in 7 or 1 in 8 rota, shifts of 12.5hrs with consultant presence at handover.
