We have a great opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Gulf Oil, to lead and deliver the digital marketing strategy across social media, websites, SEO, PPC and analytics. This role blends campaign management, content strategy and data-driven optimisation to drive growth across global B2B and B2C markets.

SALARY: circa. £52,000 per annum + Annual Performance Bonus + Benefits
LOCATION: Hybrid. Working from the Office in London (SW1Y) 3 Days per Week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) and 2 Days from Home (Thursday and Friday)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to implement and optimise the organisation’s global digital marketing strategy across websites, social media and analytics.
As a Digital Marketing Manager you will drive campaign management, SEO, paid search, email marketing and content strategy while working closely with global stakeholders and external agencies. This is a high-profile role focused on digital growth and brand consistency.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead social media strategy, website optimisation and data analysis using Google Analytics and performance insights to inform smarter decision-making and continuous improvement.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Digital Marketing Manager include:
• Digital Strategy Implementation: Deliver the agreed digital marketing strategy across social media platforms and global websites
• Budget Management: Manage day-to-day digital budgets in line with the annual plan and performance objectives
• Social Media Management: Oversee global social media agencies, manage content calendars and monitor KPI performance
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyse performance using Google Analytics and partner data, providing insights to senior stakeholders
• SEO & Website Optimisation: Ensure website content is up-to-date, optimised for SEO and aligned with brand standards
• Campaign Collaboration: Support digital campaigns alongside brand and sponsorship teams to maximise engagement
• Website Governance: Maintain website health, security and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and consistency
• Stakeholder Engagement: Educate internal teams on digital insights and influence the global digital agenda
• Agency Management: Manage and leverage third-party agencies to achieve measurable results
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging digital tools, technologies and marketing trends
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign management and performance optimisation
• Experience across SEO, paid search, email marketing, affiliates, social and digital display
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and TikTok
• Data-driven approach with experience using Google Analytics and marketing analytics tools
• Experience managing websites, including SEO optimisation and content governance
• Previous experience working with third-party agencies and external partners
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• IT literate with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
