Summary

Commercial Light Goods Vehicle Technician – Newton Abbot, Devon

Our client is looking to employ a highly skilled Commercial Light Goods Vehicle Technician to join their business.

Skills Required:

The successful applicant for the Commercial Light Goods Vehicle Technician role needs to be able to do the following:

Complete comprehensive and preventative maintenance, repairs and MOT preparation.
Accurate fault diagnosis to ensure replacement parts are fitted correctly and warranty claims are in line with terms.
Maximizing your productive time to ensure all KPI's are achieved.
Completing job cards and service sheets in a timely manner.
Be able to work on own initiative.
Carry out all work & repairs in a safe & timely manner exceeding DVLA standards.
Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair
Not essential but desirable is an NVQ3 and an HGV licence.

Hours of Work & Salary

Working Monday to Friday
Temping initially this role may become permanent for the right person
A competitive salary is offered between £28,500 - £42,000 depending on experience and including call outs.
