Summary

Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician –South Molton, Devon

Our clients are looking to employ a highly skilled technician to join their business which operates clean, modern and professional workshops and is the envy of many other operators.

You must be able to:

Complete comprehensive and preventative maintenance, repairs and MOT preparation.
Accurate fault diagnosis to ensure replacement parts are fitted correctly and warranty claims are in line with terms.
Maximizing your productive time to ensure all KPI’s are achieved.
Completing job cards and service sheets in a timely manner.
Be able to work on own initiative.
Carry out all work & repairs in a safe & timely manner exceeding DVLA standards.
Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair
As a Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician you will ideally have a NVQ3 in Mechanics and an HGV license (not essential).

Hours of Work & Salary

Working Monday to Friday
Temping initially this role may become permanent for the right person.
A competitive salary of between £43,000-£50,000 depending on experience and including call out
