Location: Various UK sites (site-specific role)
Contract: Seasonal / School Holiday Periods
Hours: Full-time during holidays (approx. 8:00am–5:30pm)

We are looking for an outstanding Camp Manager to lead our team and ensure every child has an unforgettable experience.
The Role
As Camp Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, safety, and smooth running of the camp. You’ll inspire staff, engage children, communicate with parents, and ensure all safeguarding and compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Activity Leaders
Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all children
Oversee daily operations, timetables, and activities
Act as the main point of contact for parents and carers
Manage registers, sign-in/out procedures, and records
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and policies are followed
Handle incidents, behaviour management, and first aid situations
Support staff performance and morale
Maintain a fun, positive camp atmosphere
Requirements
Essential:
Experience working with children (education, childcare, coaching, youth work, etc.)
Leadership or supervisory experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
Available for full holiday periods
Desirable:
Teaching qualification or childcare qualification
Sports coaching background
Paediatric First Aid certification
Safeguarding training
Experience managing holiday camps or similar programmes
