  The Opportunity

  We are recruiting for a skilled and detail-driven Furniture Sprayer to join a respected workshop specialising in high-quality, bespoke furniture and cabinetry.

  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in their workmanship and wants to be part of a professional team producing premium finished products to an exceptional standard.

  What You’ll Be Doing

  • Spraying bespoke furniture, cabinets, doors, and panels

    
    

  • Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming

    
    

  • Mixing paints, lacquers, and finishes to precise specifications

    
    

  • Operating spray equipment to achieve flawless, consistent finishes

    
    

  • Conducting quality inspections to ensure high standards are maintained

    
    

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised spray booth

    
    

  • Working closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines

    
    

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience as a Furniture Sprayer (essential)

      
      

    • Experience working on bespoke or high-end furniture preferred

      
      

    • Excellent attention to detail and finishing standards

      
      

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team

      
      

    • Reliable, punctual, and organised
