Jubilee Hospitality is recruiting experienced Chefs who are happy to travel to sites across the Peak District and wider Derbyshire region. You must be a driver with your own vehicle.

  What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Chef

    
    

  • Experience in fresh food kitchens – such as banqueting, gastro pub or a la carte

    
    

  • Confident working in high-volume environments

    
    

  • Driving licence and own transport essential

    
    

  • Food Safety & Hygiene certificate

    
    

  • Reliable, professional and adaptable attitude

    
    Chef Role Responsibilities

    • Carrying out chef duties in a professional and credible manner

      
      

    • Managing your section confidently, and in some cases running the kitchen

      
      

    • Preparing and cooking food to specification

      
      

    • Maintaining food quality and consistency

      
      

    • Ensuring all hygiene, allergen and health & safety standards are met
