The Role
As a Labourer, you will support day-to-day site operations and ensure work areas remain safe and organised. You will:
* Assist tradespeople and supervisors with general labouring duties
* Carry out manual handling tasks including lifting and moving materials
* Load and unload deliveries and prepare materials for use
* Keep the site clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety standards
* Use basic hand tools and follow site instructions accurately
You will report to the Site Supervisor and work closely with a small onsite team to keep projects running smoothly.
We're Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who are dependable and ready to work.
* Previous experience as a Labourer or general operative is helpful but not essential
* Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
* Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
* Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
* CSCS card preferred if required for site access
No formal qualifications are required. Full guidance will be provided to ensure you can carry out duties safely and effectively.
