At Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital, our Endoscopy Unit is committed to delivering exceptional, patient‑centred care. As a Endoscopy Practitioner (RGN/ODP), you will work flexibly on an ad‑hoc basis, supporting a variety of endoscopic procedures within our well‑equipped theatre environment. Your clinical expertise, professionalism and compassionate approach will help us maintain the highest standards of safety and quality

About You

You will be:

  • Registered with the NMC (Registered Nurse) or HCPC (Operating Department Practitioner).

  • Experienced in endoscopy within a post‑registration role.

  • Flexible, motivated and able to work autonomously.

  • A strong communicator with excellent teamwork skills.

  • Detail‑oriented, calm under pressure and passionate about patient‑centred care.
