About this opportunity

The role of a Domestic is more than just a job, it makes a huge difference to the wellbeing of our residents, and you’ll be a welcomed friendly face, building relationships with residents and the wider staff team.

Making sure residents have a clean and homely environment gives them a lovely place to live and helps to keep residents safe from illnesses.

We are looking for someone who is motivated and proactive. You will be responsible for organising and completing all cleaning duties in the home. Knowledge of COSHH and infection control is desirable, but full training will be given.

About Our Home

Elmhurst is a 39 bedded single storey residential home for older adults living with dementia, sensory impairment, and physical disabilities.

Elmhurst is divided into four houses, with all the houses containing separate dining/communal areas. We have a hair dressing room and a large foyer which we use for coffee mornings and activities.
