More detail about the role This post provides a unique opportunity to join the pharmacy team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fast paced and demanding role so applicants should be organised, motivated, enthusiastic, keen to learn and able to multi-task comfortably. Admin experience (keyboard skills, basic Excel, Microsoft Word & web-based resources) is essential as is being educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level. The post holder will work as part of the pharmacy procurement team and will working closely with the distribution team. The Royal Devon was established in April 2022, bringing together the expertise of both the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust and Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust. The post holder will need to troubleshoot problems in the most efficient way, and manage their workload effectively. Admin experience (keyboard skills, basic Excel, Microsoft Word & web-based resources) is essential as is being educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level. Excellent communication skills (verbal, telephone and email), and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure as part of a team are essential.
