More detail about the role Working under the guidance of the Lead Speech & Language Therapist as a member of the Neurology SLT team, this is an excellent opportunity to hone your specialist skills in neuro-oncology. Based on Yeo and Yarty wards at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford), you will work in partnership with people with acquired communication and swallowing disorders to reduce the impact of these difficulties on well-being and enhance their ability to participate in daily life. You will be a core member of the Yeo and Yarty multidisciplinary teams, and receive clinical support, supervision and Continuing Professional Development via the adult speech and language therapy service which spans adult acute and community, and acute paediatrics.
