Crynodeb
Holiday Park require a Multi skilled Maintenance Person, Everyday can be different on a holiday park so this is a basic example but not limited to.
The Duties:
- Oversee and help with any jobs ranging from caravan movement & siting, basic plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
- Maintenance of our multifaced leisure facility - (indoor & Outdoor swimming pool, hot tubs)
- Dealing with and executing jobs raised on the Maintenance work ticket System
- Responsible to maintain all buildings e.g., toilet blocks, Entertainment venue, Reception.
- Responsible to maintain all weekly / monthly health and safety checks which will include completing emergency light / fire alarm / pat testing, plus other general checks that are required.
- Vehicle check & basic maintenance- grease / oil basic repairs.
- Caravan repairs eg, realignments of doors / trim skirting etc.
- Ensure compliance of health & safety
- Complete maintenance tasks on time and proficiently
- Record keeping inline with health and safety.

Experience required:
- Experience and/or qualifications in plumbing, heating and electrical.
- Pool Plant operator/ swimming pool experience would also be highly desirable, but training will be provided.
The Person:
- Hands-on with a can-do attitude,
- Competent and can work under pressure and to a deadline
- Proficient in using I.T. software.
- Eye for detail
- Will need a full driving licence.
Schedule:
Ideal start date: TBC
8am – 5.30pm on a Monday to Friday. Over time is available over weekends.
Salary:
- Weekly pay
- ITR - £34,000 PA + overtime.
- 28 days a year holiday including bank holidays.
