Summary
To assist in the production of sheet metal components. Responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality.
Operate Machinery: Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment and machinery to ensure efficient production processes.
Monitor Production Lines: Oversee the production line to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and output.
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Report any issues to management and take corrective actions as needed.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of production data, including output, machine settings, and quality control reports.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of all employees.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
