Summary

Powder Coater

Location: Rochdale
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm / Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
Type: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturing company specialising in precision-engineered components. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position within a supportive and quality-driven environment.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for powder coating small metal items and components, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets production and customer standards. Duties include:

Preparing and coating a range of small parts and components.

Operating powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.

Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency.

Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

The Ideal Candidate:
✅ Previous experience in powder coating or a similar finishing role.
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
✅ Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude.
