Pioneering the South East's Leading Private Spinal Hospital
Are you ready to build something extraordinary?
This is not simply a Registered Manager role. This is a rare opportunity to launch and lead the South East of England's leading private spinal hospital. We aim to be the only independent facility in the region delivering world-leading rehabilitation technology for both inpatients and outpatients.
You won't inherit a blueprint. You will create it. With significant investment in innovation, infrastructure, advanced rehabilitation technology, and clinical excellence, Active Neuro is entering a bold new chapter, establishing a flagship private spinal service that will redefine specialist rehabilitation in the region.
We are seeking a visionary executive leader to pioneer hospital registration, shape our private spinal strategy, and position this service as the destination of choice for complex spinal rehabilitation.
About Active Neuro
Active Neuro is redefining specialist care for individuals with:
- Acquired and traumatic brain injury
- Spinal cord injury
- Complex neurological conditions
Through substantial investment in robotics, cutting-edge rehabilitation technology, digital integration, and a genuine 24/7 therapeutic model, we are building one of the UK's most progressive neurorehabilitation pathways.
From rapid pre-admission planning and structured inpatient programmes to innovative outpatient pathways and coordinated post-discharge support, we deliver rehabilitation that is personalised, data-driven, and relentlessly outcome-focused.
