• Leading the school’s entire Learning Support and SEND strategy

• Liaising proactively with families, external agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Championing whole-school SEND awareness and delivering training to empower staff
• Analysing data and embedding evidence-informed practice to raise student achievement
