What skills and experience we're looking for
• Enjoys working with all children.
• Is able to use a wide variety of positive strategies to achieve the full potential of the children in their care.
• An active member of the team.
• Has experience of working with children with a wide range of SEN both within small groups and in one to one situations.
• Be able to promote existing partnerships between children, staff and parents.
• Recognised Early Years qualifications that count towards ratios are preferable, they are not essential.

Whilst the position is initially for SEN support in Year 4, we would love to employ someone with the skill set, willingness and passion to work across school.
