What skills and experience we're looking for
You will:
• Have a willingness to train or be a trained Thrive Practitioner.
• Have an understanding of or experience working with children with neurodiversity.
• Support pupils with behavioural, emotional and/or social needs.
• Have experience of working with children, ideally in a school or pastoral setting.
• Be enthusiastic, imaginative and reflective, compassionate and caring.
• Be skilled at building excellent relationships with children, parents and staff.
• Have experience of working with parents and carers.
• Have experience of working with other professionals.
• Have received or be willing to receive the two day safeguarding training and have experience of safeguarding procedures.
