Crynodeb
Great beer depends on consistency and accuracy; you will demonstrate attention to detail, be passionate, flexible and proactive. This is a physically demanding, hands on role that offers full training and the opportunity to develop new skills and progress into a permanent role with brewery qualifications for the right candidate.
Key tasks required
- Assisting with beer production
- Monitoring fermentations and supporting yeast handling and conditioning.
- Cask filling and cleaning casks and tanks; maintaining excellent housekeeping across the brewery site.
- Maintaining production records and entering accurate, timely production and delivery data on our brewery software.
- Packaging and handling kegs, cans and bottles; assisting with deliveries and palletising.
- Warehouse stock management including receiving deliveries, stock rotation and basic inventory checks.
- Supporting shop sales and social media activity when required, including customer service in the taproom.
- Cleaning and sanitation including CIP and manual cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene standards.
- General maintenance and basic equipment checks; liaising with contractors for larger repairs.
- Health and safety compliance and use of PPE at all times.
