Key Responsibilities: • Opening and Securing sites • Carrying out basic repairs • Completion of planned preventative maintenance schedules • Setting up furniture as and when required • Removal of litter and waste daily • Supervision of contractors and visitors Qualifications • A driving licence and the ability to travel between sites to cover a shift system between 06:00 and 23:00
Essential Skills & Experience • Use of hand tools • Manual handling • Record keeping
