Contracts and Tenders Administrator / Officer - Hybrid Role
Location: Eastleigh
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience

Our client, a well‑established organisation with an excellent industry reputation, is seeking a Contracts and Tenders Administrator/Officer to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and solid Excel skills to become part of a company that truly values its employees. The role offers a great benefits package, including 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, and operates on a hybrid working basis.
Working hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficient administrative management of contracts and tender responses
  • Oversight and maintenance of e‑commerce platforms
  • Administrative management of pricing activities
  • Production of company and contract analytics, KPIs, and reports
  • Preparation of product and pricing information for tender submissions
  • Proactive management of framework agreements, contracts, and pricing schedules
  • KPI monitoring, analysis, and reporting
  • Administrative and logistical support for managed service contracts
  • Monitoring of relevant tender publications
  • Management of tender portals and submission processes
  • Maintenance of company product listings across e‑commerce channels
  • Responsibility for customer price file management, including price lists, quotes, and catalogue updates

You will need

  • Strong analytical skills
  • To be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Confident IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
