About the role

Manager to provide Advert text that describes the role to attract prospective candidates to apply. For example:
- Adult Social Care Mental Health Team, temporary Advanced Practitioner role, to include supervising and supporting staff, a small complex caseload, managerial duties to support Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager.

We are looking for an Experienced Social Worker who can demonstrate 2 years post-qualification experience, with Practice Educator status as per the progression model, and working as a Social Worker in a statutory role.

You will be competent to work at the Advanced Practitioner level of the Professional Capabilities Framework for Registered Practitioners.

You will have experience of managing risk and completing safeguarding enquiries.

You will be able to demonstrate expertise in the supervision and development of staff.

We are looking for someone who has a positive, forward-thinking attitude. Using strengths-based practice with individuals which is built around their desired outcomes and goals.


Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
