Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering high-quality projects; safely, on time and within budget? Do you have a track record of working on railway stations, depots and other rail infrastructure? If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking four Site Supervisors, to join our Control Period 7 (CP7) renewals portfolio in the Wales & Western region.
You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
-Supervising and managing the contract activities on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies and procedures.
-Leading by example and promoting a positive safety culture and a right first time attitude among the site team and the supply chain.
-Communicating clearly and effectively with the site management, the client, the local community and other stakeholders.
-Ensuring the delivery of a quality product that meets the customer's requirements and expectations.
-Maximising the profitability of the project by identifying and recording changes, managing resources efficiently and closing out defects and deliverables in a timely manner.
-Supporting and developing your team members and sharing best practices and lessons learned across the sector.

About you…. (what you are skilled at)
-Previous experience as a site supervisor, undertaking similar work , ideally in Wales or Western.
-A valid SSSTS qualification (preferably SMSTS or working towards SMSTS).
-A valid CSCS card, PTS and other identified training. (COSS would be desired)
-A good level of IT skills.
-A strong commitment to the Octavius values of integrity, caring, progressive, openness and quality.
-A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
