Summary

Working with ourEmergency Preparedness, Resilience and Responseteam, you’ll support vital work that helps our organisation plan for, respond to and recover from incidents that may affect the people and communities we serve.
You’ll work closely with the EPRR Manager and colleagues across CHCP to keep essential plans, systems and information up to date. Your support will help ensure we meet national requirements and can respond safely and effectively when needed.

What you’ll do:
• Manage day‑to‑day administration, including inbox monitoring, meeting support and minute taking
• Prepare, format and update documents, reports, audits and action plans linked to EPRR activity
• Coordinate diaries, arrange meetings and help organise events or exercises
• Maintain accurate information systems and ensure data is stored safely
• Support stock checks and basic equipment tasks linked to EPRR requirements
What we’re looking for:
• A Level 3 qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service or similar, or equivalent experience
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Confident communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues and external partners
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience in administration and, ideally, supporting or supervising others
