Owen Payne Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a large, well-established UK-based manufacturing company to recruit an experienced Sales Associate.
This is a permanent opportunity from day one, based in West Bromwich, offering the chance to join a reputable business with strong industry presence and growth plans.

General Information about the role:
• Permanent from day 1
• Salary starting from £35k
• 08:00 till 16:30 – Monday to Friday (Flexible on hours)
Daily Duties:
• Generating sales leads
• Conducting market research
• Preparing and presenting product information to clients
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer demands.
• Managing sales documentation
• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a strong understanding of product specifications and industry trends
• Any additional duties as and when required
Candidate Requirements:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Sales and customer service experience, including managing client accounts and developing relationships
• Ability to conduct market research and generate sales leads
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of metal alloys and investment casting is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently and within a team dynamic
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
