* Provide expert advice and hands-on support to researchers on policy engagement strategies.
* Horizon scan for global policy opportunities and help shape impactful engagement activities.
* Co-Develop tailored communications for policy audiences, including briefs, blogs, and presentations.
* Track and report on policy engagement activities and help collect and evaluate impact evidence.
* Support researchers to evidence policy influence and contribution to impact case studies
* Contribute to building capacity across the University for effective policy engagement.
What we’re looking for:
* Degree-level education (or equivalent professional experience).
* Proven experience in public policy engagement, ideally at international level.
* Strong track record of building strategic partnerships with senior policy professionals.
* Ability to translate research into policy-relevant outputs and evidence impact.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in higher education, knowledge exchange, and familiarity with the Research Excellence Framework (REF) is highly desirable.
Why join us?
