Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: £19.00 - £21.00 per hour
We have an opportunity for an experienced uPVC Carpenter to join a skilled in-house maintenance team supporting social housing properties across Hackney, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Barnet, and Enfield.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of internal and external window repairs, including single and double glazing, as well as door repairs, lock refits, and general door maintenance.
- Undertaking a range of carpentry tasks, including bathroom subfloors, bath panels and framework, kitchen repairs and refits, and other general maintenance tasks.
- Performing external door fittings, splice repairs, and locksmith work as required.
- Using an electronic hand-held device to receive instructions and provide electronic updates on work completed or scheduled.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be provided)
