Summary

Butterfield Café ManagerPermanent, full-time positionSalary £34,682 per annum for 37.5 hours per week The Butterfield Café Manager will be responsible for the smooth and professional running of the Café across lunch and evening service. Your day-to-day duties will include:Leading, supporting and developing the Café Team.Managing the day-to-day operation of the Café across lunch and evening service.Responsible for the organisation, planning and continuous improvement of the Café, with a focus on developing the service and ensuring the Café operates efficiently year-round.Ensuring consistent standards of food service, hygiene, staffing, and customer experience at lunchtime and during early evening trading. The hours of work are 37.5 per week worked over a 5-day week, mainly on weekdays with the occasional Saturday morning shift, including a daily 30-minute unpaid lunch break.The working hours will usually be between 9.00am and 8.00pm (depending on the shift pattern). The annual salary is £34.682 per annum (Step 42 on the College Salary Scale). In addition to the salary, we offer an attractive benefits package which can be found in the attached advert document.
